The history of the Americas was not written with a pen on paper. The history of the Americas was written on the back of a horse. In the sepia tone history of the all encompassing “wild west”, man conquered or was conquered by the land, but he did it not alone, but with every human footprint in or alongside of that of the horse.
And so has the horse taken me on a lifelong journey of opportunity.
